American Airlines Arena Information
Assistive Listening Devices
The AmericanAirlines Arena offers complimentary assistive listening devices for events. They are available at the Guest Services desk located on the mezzanine level and require a valid driver's license or picture ID as a deposit.
ATMs
For your convenience, the AmericanAirlines Arena has BankUnited ATMs located throughout the facility.
BankUnited Locations:
On the 100 Level on the main concourse across from Section 111.
On the 100 Level on the main concourse across from Section 123.
Exterior of the building, adjacent to the Gate 3 ticket window.
On the Mezzanine Level beside the Guest Services booth at Gate 1, near the Miami Hoops Gear Store.
Concession Stands
All concession stands at the AmericanAirlines Arena are accessible for guests with disabilities. The AmericanAirlines Arena offers a wide variety of concession items including Cuban gourmet delicacies, seafood treats featuring conch fritters, bratwursts, pizza and grilled chicken sandwiches. This in addition to the signature hot dog complete with branded AmericanAirlines Arena mustard.
Elevators & Escalators
For guests' convenience, the AmericanAirlines Arena has six public elevators located in the four quadrants of the arena which access the Mezzanine, Main Concourse, Loge/Suites, Upper Concourse and Balcony on the 100-400 levels of the arena. Guests with disabilities have priority access to the elevators.
The AmericanAirlines Arena staff will ensure that this policy is enforced during events.
The AmericanAirlines Arena has eight escalators that are accessible on the Mezzanine, Main Concourse, Loge/Suites and Upper Concourse which access the 100-300 levels of the arena.
First Aid
For your convenience, the AmericanAirlines Arena has a first aid station located on the 100 Level on the main concourse by Section 110.
Guest Services Desk
For your convenience, Guest Services desks are located on the Mezzanine Level on the west side of the arena by gates 1 and 2, by Section 103, and by Section 323. All can assist you with any needs or questions you may have while visiting the AmericanAirlines Arena.
Interpreting Services
Guests who require interpreting services for a concert should contact the AmericanAirlines Arena office six weeks before the event at (786) 777-1000
Restrooms
All public restrooms at the AmericanAirlines Arena are accessible for our guests with disabilities. If you should need assistance, please contact an AmericanAirlines Arena team member.
Service Animals
The AmericanAirlines Arena welcomes our guests with service animals. If your animal is in need of any services please contact the AmericanAirlines Arena office at (786) 777-1000.
Smoking
Per the Florida Clean Indoor Air Act, the AmericanAirlines Arena is a "smoke-free" facility. Smoking is permitted outside the arena on the East plaza, main and upper balconies and outside suite balconies.
Telephones
The AmericanAirlines Arena has accessible telephones including TDD/TTY on all levels of the arena. If you should need assistance, please contact an AmericanAirlines Arena team member.
Water Fountains
